Our Commitment to Inclusion for International Women’s Day

On March 8, Blackbaud will proudly join the global community in celebrating International Women’s Day – a day devoted to recognizing the accomplishments of women everywhere. This year’s theme, #AccelerateAction, encourages us to consider the steps each of us can take to support a more inclusive world.

At Blackbaud, we are committed to creating a space where every woman can succeed. This International Women’s Day, employees can engage in activities including:

• Participating in online conference sessions hosted by the WIT (Women in Technology) Network
• Partnering with Goodera, our global virtual volunteer partner, to lead mentoring sessions for young women entering the early stages of their careers, and more
