Blackbaud Wins a 2021 Gold Stevie® Award for Sales and Customer Service
Blackbaud is proud to have recently been presented with a Gold Stevie® Award in the 15th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.
More than 2,300 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry, in 51 nations, were considered in this year’s competition. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 160 professionals worldwide on nine specialized judging committees across 90 categories for customer service and contact center achievements, and organizations’ and individuals’ response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
At Blackbaud, our mission is to provide cloud software, services, expertise and data intelligence that empower and connect people to drive impact for social good. Ensuring the highest standard of customer support is not just our ambition—it’s our passion. Blackbaud won a gold award for Contact Center of the Year (Over 100 Seats)—Technology Industry. The award recognized our team’s work to standardize customer support into a single center of excellence that prepared our organization to tackle the unique challenges of the past year and better serve our customers.
Our customer support and customer success teams’ recent highlights include:
- Leveraging global teams to respond to mission-critical COVID inquiries around the clock, as customers transitioned real-time to a virtual workforce
- Improving both customer satisfaction and customer response in the immediate days following Blackbaud’s overnight transition to a worldwide virtual workforce
- Launching a new, mobile-friendly community platform to enhance customer experience, allowing customers to better access resources and peer groups
- Publishing specific COVID-19 resources and webinars that focused on solution functionality and thought leadership to aid customer success in the rapidly-changing environment
One customer provided feedback on their support interaction saying, “Great experience, especially considering the circumstances. Everyone is impacted by these changes and the uncertainty is creating a lot of stress. I thank you for your kind support and patience in these difficult times.”
“Supporting our customers through the twists and turns of the past year has been a top priority,” said Ben Brownlee, vice president, Customer Success and Support, Blackbaud. “We are so proud to be recognized for our efforts, and we look forward to continuing to innovate for our customers and provide an unparalleled experience.”
