Announcing the Winners of Blackbaud’s Giving Glow-Up Giveaway
Over 1,700 fundraisers looking to boost donations to their organizations entered Blackbaud’s recent Giving Glow-Up Giveaway, a contest for new and existing users of Blackbaud’s Standard and Optimized Donation Forms available in Blackbaud Altru®, Blackbaud CRM™, and Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT®.
Three organizations using the forms were randomly selected and each awarded with a $5,000 donation from Blackbaud:
- Central Institute for the Deaf, which teaches children who are deaf and hard of hearing to listen, talk, read and succeed. They offer educational opportunities and resources for children and families as well as professionals.
- National Center for Civil and Human Rights, which is a museum and cultural organization that connects the US civil rights movement of the 1950s and 1960s to global human rights movements for people of color, women, immigrants, people with disabilities, LGBTQ+ people, and more.
- Nashua Soup Kitchen & Shelter, Inc., which provides food and shelter to vulnerable individuals and families in the Greater Nashua Region. Their organization works to increase access to a full spectrum of basic needs through advocacy, targeted programs, and collaboration with other organizations.
Blackbaud Donation Forms help raise more, streamline the donor experience, simplify administrative tasks, and reduce processing costs, empowering social good organizations to sustain and grow their missions. With these forms, Blackbaud customers have flexibility, efficiency, and free processing. Blackbaud’s Standard Donation Forms are good for specifically targeted campaigns where additional data collection is required, while Blackbaud’s Optimized Donation Forms help reduce the number of decisions for both the organization and its constituents, resulting in an optimal donor experience and an increase in click-to-donation conversions.
“As a seasoned Blackbaud Altru Database Manager, I have found the new donation forms to be life-changing!” Cathy Tysinger, Database Manager, National Center for Civil and Human Rights. “They are super easy to configure, attractive to donors, and offer flexibility for a wide range of needs. The performance analytics are also an invaluable tool for refining our approach. In less than three months, the new forms have brought us nearly $25,000 in donations and have saved us several hundred dollars in processing fees!”
Congratulations to the winners, and thank you to all of our customers who participated in the contest.
