Tammy Earle is the Director of Technology and Learning Initiatives at Rothesay Netherwood School. She graduated with her MEd in Learning and Technology from Acadia University and is a recent CAIS Innovation Grant recipient for online & blended learning. Tammy has been the conference chair for the Atlantic Learn2Learn conference for educators, fostering learning innovation in classrooms and beyond. Tammy is a member of both the school’s Leadership Team and Management Team and continues to explore ways to redefine education through the effective use of technology and building new approaches to pedagogy and curriculum through a culture of inquiry and design thinking.
Tammy began working with Blackbaud products in 2000 when it was Eighty20 and then WhippleHill in 2009 before it became Blackbaud in 2015. Over the years she has implemented Blackbaud’s entire suite of Education Management Solutions for K-12 schools including Raiser’s Edge NXT.
