Award Terms and Conditions

Complimentary bbcon pass applies to the choice of bbcon 2025 in Philadelphia, PA on October 6-8, London, England (dates to be announced), or Sydney, Australia (dates to be announced). The complimentary pass for bbcon in Philadelphia, PA includes admission to Blackbaud University Day. Complimentary pass may not be applied to previous purchase. Travel and any related expenses are not included with the bbcon pass. Passes for the bbcon in London, England are for customers of Blackbaud Europe / Blackbaud Canada. Passes for Sydney, Australia are for customers of Blackbaud Pacific. Customers from all regions may choose the Philadelphia, PA bbcon. Passes are valid for 2025 events only. Pass for winners of organizational-level categories are intended for an employee of that organization. Pass for Outstanding Leadership and Rising Star awards are intended for the named winner.

Release/Disclaimer of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, by participating, nominees, nominating parties, finalists, potential winners and winners (“releasing parties”) waive any right to claim ambiguity in the rules, and release, indemnify and hold harmless, and agree to keep indemnified and held harmless, the sponsor and its affiliates and subsidiaries, and each of their respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders and employees (collectively, “released parties”) at all times from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions, demands, costs or expenses or any liability of any kind (a) resulting from or arising from participation in the awards or acceptance, possession, use, misuse or nonuse of prize(s)/benefits that may be awarded; or (b) for or in respect of which released parties will or may become liable by reason of or related or incidental to any act, default, omission, breach or non-observance, whether negligent or otherwise, by a releasing party under these official rules.

Blackbaud reserves the right to cancel or modify the terms of this Blackbaud Impact Awards program if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Blackbaud’s control impairs the integrity of this program, as determined by Blackbaud in its sole discretion. Blackbaud reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it believes has tampered with the entry or selection process or has acted in violation of these Official Rules. Use of automated entry devices or programs is prohibited. This program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the state of Delaware without giving effect to any choice of law of conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other state’s laws. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Blackbaud’s failure to enforce any term shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Data Privacy

The Sponsor may use and share a Nominee or Nominating Party’s personal data with third parties to fulfill its obligation to administer and sponsor the awards including, but not limited to winners being featured in a Blackbaud press release, on blackbaud.com and social media channels. Any personal information supplied by you to Sponsor will be subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy posted at (https://www.blackbaud.com/company/privacy-policy/north-america).
