Optimizing New Tools
Blackbaud’s new Online Giving donation form can help organizations raise more by providing them the tools to build out their online giving experiences and associated website components. “For us, the real benefit is having a donation form that pops up and is visible over an existing web page on our website as an alternative option to the stand-alone standard form,” said Day. “We want people to be landing on a page that feels like our platform, our website, even our domain, and that’s exactly what this form does. Blackbaud’s donation form gives us the brand credibility we want.”
Simplifying Daily Work
Blackbaud donation forms offer an intuitive donor experience that allows donors to give as they intend. The social media manager for Washington’s National Park Fund tested the form and “was really impressed by how quick and

Increasing Future Conversions
Using the Online Giving donation form for its fiscal year-end fundraising campaign, Washington’s National Park Fund saw an 18% increase in donor conversion based on first interactions. Coupled with newly implemented engagement and fundraising strategies, Day was excited to see nearly 40% more donations—and an increase in the number of firsttime donors—through the Online Giving donation form compared to the standard donation form used in 2022.
