Automating Recurring Gifts

As an organization with approximately 6,500 annual members, Forest Park Forever sought a software solution that would make recurring giving and pledge management easier. “We use the automation tools in Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT to manage our monthly recurring gifts,” said Budde. “It saves me hours of work tracking down gifts because the system does it for me. This was a huge win for us.”

Simplifying Reconciliation

Budde also leverages Blackbaud Merchant Services™’ direct debit capability to streamline processing their 180+ monthly recurring gifts. “Without Blackbaud Merchant Services integrated with Raiser’s Edge NXT, processing our recurring gifts would require a completely separate operation,” she said. “It simplified the overall donation management process significantly.”

Optimizing Future Efforts

Blackbaud highly values the voice of customers like Budde—who is participating in a Raiser’s Edge NXT early-adopter program—and incorporates direct feedback from them to inform product innovations. “I’m excited to learn how these enhanced capabilities can help reduce duplicate entries with our online forms,” said Budde. “I know that once we’re up and running these new web forms will save me time on the backend as well as provide a great donor experience. We’re looking forward to using them during our major fundraising giving days like Giving Tuesday and Give STL Day.”
