Margaret “Maggie” Driscoll joined Blackbaud in January 2020 as our Chief People and Culture Officer. Maggie has 30 years of progressive experience in strategic human resources. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, she oversees all aspects of human capital management, including talent acquisition, learning & development, sustainability, inclusion, corporate social responsibility (CSR), compensation and benefits. Maggie leverages her knowledge to build and lead high-performing global teams, executing industry best practices, innovative and data driven solutions, while fostering a culture of collaboration and empowerment.
Prior to joining Blackbaud, Maggie spent more than 15 years at the Bank of New York Mellon (BNY) where she most recently was the Managing Director, Global Human Resources responsible for leading a global team focused on strategic long-range plans and implementation of enterprise-wide efforts to attract, develop, and retain top performing talent in an inclusive work culture. Maggie also led all aspects of human resources at CCBN, a leader in web-based solutions to the conclusion with the successful sale to Thompson Reuters Financial Services (January 2004) and prior to that led HR for Cbridge/eXcelon, a technology and business consultant company.
Maggie received her Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management & Business Communications from Bryant College in Smithfield, RI and completed M.S. coursework in Human Resources Management from Lesley University in Cambridge MA.
Maggie currently serves as an advisor at ClearCo., a leading talent management software provider, and is an active participant in the invitation only CHRO group led by World50.
Maggie is a tenured nonprofit committee member for CenterStage at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) Cancer Center, a renowned medical institution.
