Login Help When you have questions about our products, we want to get them answered right away, so we’ve put together a lot of resources to get you the help you need when you need it. They're available to all members of our Blackbaud Advantage maintenance programs, so you need to be logged in to access them. - How do I log in?
Click Please Log In at the top right corner of any page; enter your user name and password and click Log In.
- What if I've forgotten my user name?
Click Need your User Name? on the Log In page, enter your email address, and click Submit. We'll email your user name to you.
- What if I've forgotten my password?
Click Need your Password? on the Log In page, enter your user name, and click Submit. We'll ask you to confirm your entry is associated with your email address, and then click Submit again. We'll send you an email with a secure link to reset your password. When you click the link in the email, you'll be asked to answer your security question and then enter and confirm a new password.
- What if I'm not sure I have a login?
Click Need your User Name? on the Log In page, enter your email address, and click Submit. If your email address is in our records, we'll email your user name to you.
- What if I don't have a login?
If your organization has Blackbaud software, ask your organization's site administrator to invite you. If your organization doesn't have Blackbaud software and you want to post to the forums, click Join to register and post.
- What if I'm still stuck?
